Vasystem - IVAO
The International Virtual Aviation Organisation (IVAO) is a non-profit organisation (NPO) based in Belgium (BE). Vasystem is a tool by the International Virtual Aviation Organisation that centralises the data of pilots who are affiliated with a specific Virtual Airline. In Climb s case, this inclusion into the system is carried out at the time of the crew member s registration. Our network (IVAO) deals daily with the personal data of citizens from all over the world, and is therefore required to comply with policies known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This regulation is also applied to virtual airlines at the time of their certification with IVAO. This is a law applicable to all member countries of the European Union, which seeks to regulate and safeguard the privacy of users, consumers, and clients. In view of this, Climb fully agrees with the provisions of the law and reiterates that the information of its affiliates can be displayed or removed at any time upon request by its affiliates, and especially upon the removal or resignation of its crew member.

All data provided is protected by European Union legislation (GDPR)! Climb Virtual Airlines uses the data we collect for three basic purposes: to identify the crew member through their registration number (callsign) in order to count their flight hours and their progress in Climb s career path, and to share and/or monitor this crew member through the IVAO and VATSIM simulation networks. In fulfilling these objectives, we combine the data we collect through the various website services you use to offer a more seamless, consistent, and personalized experience.
Sharing your information
We share your personal data with your consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized. We share personal data through our main network (IVAO) under which we are certified through the Vasystem tool, among other IVAO tools.
